THE WORKOUT

We are a high intensity, low impact heart pumping full body workout that combines the best of strength training, cardio and Pilates inspired movements all in one session on reformers. We focus on full body functional movements centered around the core that will make you stronger both mentally and physically. 

TREMBLE classes are conducted in a boutique, upscale environment with groups limited in sizes to give you the attention you need. TREMBLE to the rhythm of curated playlists from our instructors that will get you pumped up and sweaty.

ARYAN RASHED, FOUNDER & CEO

Aryan is the founder and CEO of TREMBLE, a chain of boutique high intensity, reformer  Pilates studios that grew out of South Florida. With 10+ locations based in Miami, having recently opened New York City, the Hamptons alongside SoulCycle, on the West Coast and in development a number of other locations and states, Aryan is focused on growing a national and international brand. Aryan focuses primarily on strategy & vision as well as oversight on operations of the Company.  

She and her team work with a wide variety of clientele from beginners to professional athletes.  As a former lawyer who started the business out of a passion, Aryan has used her skill set to scale her company based on quality, controlled growth, and impact.  She is a featured speaker and moderator at the NFL Business Combine and numerous business podcasts and fitness outlets. 


She holds degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, Stanford, and the University of Miami School of Law and has set out to use her education and experience to empower the youth to enter into the entrepreneurship space and give back to the communities she works with.
